Deadline Extension: Submit your speaking proposal by 4 January 2019

Cannes Lions 17 - 21 June 2019

Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal to speak at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2019. For a guide on the types of content we’re looking for, and insight into what works and what doesn’t, please read our Cannes Lions Content Step-By-Step Guide.

All speaker decisions are based on the strength of the content that you supply, so please provide as much detailed information as possible.

The Festival this year has eight content tracks, and creativity must be at the heart of every session.

You will be asked to complete this form for each new proposal. The deadline date for submitting a proposal is 4 January 2019.

Please note, there is no fee to speak at the Festival; the session hosts will need to cover the cost of their guest’s accommodation and travel.

If you have any questions about the content submission process please view the FAQs.

As the organiser you will be our main point of contact and owner of this submission. Proposed Speaker Details

The speakers you enter will be considered along with the proposal. If you have none please leave blank. When suggesting speakers keep in mind that Cannes Lions strives to offer our delegates a programme that showcases the widest possible variety of speakers, content and speaker organisations. Speakers are allowed to participate in only one session per Festival. Depending on your chosen format type, there is a limitation on the number of speakers on stage at any one time, however please feel free to list up to four (this is the total number, and includes any moderator), providing they are not all confirmed and we can let you know our thoughts.

Speakers receive a complimentary badge to the Festival on the days in which they are speaking. We do not pay speaker fees or expenses. Session organisers will need to cover the cost of their guest’s accommodation and travel.
